This spirit of division breaks marriages, families, friendships, relationships, etc.

He plants seeds in your mind. Restrain yourself from pain or simply put a lean in your mind. You see things that aren't there.

1. Recognize the Spirit!!

• Satan lurks in your mind and in your imagination.
• Control your words.
• Recognize it when a thought is judging someone.
• Don't link that thought to your words!
The spirit of division uses words to sow division.
"The tongue is a fire" (James 3:6).

2. We must also be careful what we write.

Most people will hesitate to speak a divisive word face-to-face with another person. However, they will hide behind an email, a text, a social media post, or a comment. They gossip, slander, and even swear.
The spirit of division has free access to millions of people behind their "keyboard" Look at the power of social media. This has its advantage, but it also contributes to a whole new method of division.

 

3. Use your words for blessing. Surrender your tongue to God's Spirit. He is the "Spirit of unity."

 

4. Go face-to-face to someone if he/she has offended you with the aim of reconciliation. Now we expose the snake. When we use our mouths to bless, he has nowhere to hide.

 

5. Force your mind to obey God and His word.

We CAN DEFEAT THE SPIRIT OF DIVISION.
